Will your current employer’s policy allow you to continue to work at home?
You have right to do anything until when it comes to company rules. If the company requisted you to come to the office and only if the country law is okay with working from office (there are still some countries where quarantine is a must) you must have to go. If the country law say not to go outside, then you have the right to stay at home and work from home to the company. Only thing you need to consider is the law of the country. Whatever the company say you have a right to do what ever you need to do considering the country law. If the company says to come after the country release you from quarantine, still you don’t like to go, then you have to work from home under another company. You have the RIGHT to do whatever you want to do.
