It is because he broke the lockdown rules. And he didn’t just make a minor infringement of them either. He traveled, whilst knowing that he was infected with the virus whereas the instruction to the plebs was to stay at home and self isolate - even from other family members sharing the same address.. Not only did he travel, but it wasn’t as if he just walked to the local park. Instead, he drove over 250 miles from London to Co.
