Will your current employer’s policy allow you to continue to work at home?

You have right to do anything until when it comes to company rules. If the company requisted you to come to the office and only if the country law is okay with working from office (there are still some countries where quarantine is a must) you must have to go. If the country law say not to go outside, then you have the right to stay at home and work from home to the company.
Only thing you need to consider is the law of the country. Whatever the company say you have a right to do what ever you need to do considering the country law. If the company says to come after the country release you from quarantine, still you don’t like to go, then you have to work from home under another company.

You have the RIGHT to do whatever you want to do.

The question is “Will your current employer’s policy allow you to continue to work at home?”
You have NO legal rights, except to work the hours required by the employer. Where you do that is a negotiated point between the employer and the employee. Since the EMPLOYER is paying your paycheck, the employer’s policies and practices would probably take precedence over your WISHES! You have little say in this, except your personal request that could be easily denied because of company policy and practice.

The right? As in your employer has to let you work from home? Not unless you have a contract or belong to a union which states you do. Or unless where you live there is a stay at home order that impacts your employer. In that case, it is up to the employer whether to let you work from home or simply shut down the work you do.
So, in short, the answer to your question is no. You do not have the right to work from home. There could be an exception if you have a disability and you require an accommodation. The accommodation must be reasonable under the circumstances. And the disability must be proved. That is you cannot just claim you have a disability. You need medical support.
