Reason behind the US states re-opening during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis

Let the numbers do the talking for once. Georgia =21,000, North Carolina= 7,000. Georgia is opening, NC is not.
Let the month of May and the numbers tell you everything you need to know. Numbers are imperial truth. My experience has been that a conservative Christian is able to bend any lie into the truth without any of the dots connecting. Shouting louder, saying something false with more conviction, or in some cases making the truth out of a gun.
I hope that the people of Georgia will act responsibly anyway, and the numbers stay somewhat down. In many cases, say a right winged pest control company calls their employees back to work. When some don't show up, they will have cause to fire them, thereby not entitling them to unemployment. The home office of a right winged pest control firm is headquartered in Atlanta. They employ 7,000.
Its always the same. Otto Rollins bought the place and turned it into a great firm. He also showed his son how to work, and how to take care of his workers. But his son forgot to teach his son those values. He was born into wealth. That is a death sentence for some.
The week I went to work for them, in fact during the interview, we discussed how the third generation Rollins boy had just been fired. Seems he had been dipping into the cookie jar. Isn't it odd when wealthy people steal? And almost all of them do. I couldn't care less about mans law. Corruption is built into US law. Congress allows Wall Street to steal from us every single day. I'm talking about right and wrong. Screw the law.
They can't get enough. In Lenoir NC,
the furniture capital of the world, a third generation son took his factory to China. When he went, they all went. Lenoir is an empty shell. I've met the elders. I've met the Burnjardts. All great civic minded folks. Built parks, donated their party house to an alcohol rehab halfway house. But their children? Just like Franklin Graham, Jerry Falwell, Jr, you name it. The third son is a sociopath.
Well, look up the Governor of Georgia. Wikipedia that third son. He made his way in a corrupt world by being born into wealth and stepping on people. He is without the capacity to care about his own children's well-being. I'm always amazed at how common men can idolize scum. It's truly amazing to watch. And when their wife is killed by Covid because she was forced to go back to work, Fox News will tell him to blame democrats.
My family has set a benchmark. If the number of cases in Georgia double in May, we are all taking up shop at my nephews estate. My sisters son is the finest young man ever. He's rich and I've already told him about the above. Me and my mother, my daughter and her four person family, my sister and her husband, and my pregnant niece and her husband will all dwell together in a sprawling home with lots of space outdoors as well. He has already prepared the house with the rations and everything else.
Pray for Georgia and be smart. The bible says in the end days to sanctify ourselves. Set ourselves apart and be together. Our fight is not against flesh and blood. Your family is facing a true tragedy if you aren't smart. Lean not on your own understanding and DONT follow the recommendations of non-experts. Look on the website of 3G tapes in California. Buy their plastic face shields. But their KN95 masks. Spend $1000 per family member on non-perishable food. Stay home until a vaccine is found. Don't drink bleach and get lots of cheap , high in alcohol mouthwash to use on your hands when sanitizer wash runs out. Consider getting a dog. Stay in constant prayer and don't be discouraged.
Money or rather the lack of it.
Consider this situation:
You are the president of a small nation. There is a war going on in the neighboring nation. Refugees are streaming into your nation to escape but they do not have the resources to go further and you do not have the resources to give them even basic sustainable resources of food, sanitation, housing, medical care, etc.
Do you stop all refugees at the border, knowing that they may be killed if they cannot escape their war?
Do you let in enough until you have exhausted your own resources and then stop all the rest from coming in?
Do you let them all in knowing that they will die from a lack of resources (food and shelter) within your country?
Hard decisions. Now let’s tweek the scenario a little:
You are the president of a small nation. Your country is running out of fresh water. You have enough for everyone for maybe 2 more weeks. There is enough fresh water in a neighboring nation but to get there, your people have to cross a large desert. It is estimated that many will die if they try to cross the desert. If they stay, they will die when the water runs out.
What do you do?
That there are hard decisions that have to be made and sometimes you can’t avoid them. Members of the military are taught this concept and accept the responsibility to make those decisions when they have to. For the first time in the 20th and 21st century, we have a federal and state government that are mostly non-veterans or that never served in which these kinds of decisions were encountered.
It will be to our detriment that most of our politicians will not or can not take the responsibility and leadership to make these hard decisions.
Shutting down the economy has its own risks and hazards. Yes, it even can kill. There is evidence that suicides increase, and in some cases hunger becomes a problem. The federal government has the luxury of being able to essentially “print money.” There seems to be an unending reservoir of credit (maybe not really; we may find out to our great horror), but most states are not in that situation. They must stay within budget. Thus, there is a lot of pressure to “get things going” again.
Also, the New York situation is somewhat unique and really should not be applied to Idaho and Wyoming (notice these are extreme ends of a spectrum of population density and other conditions). One size does indeed not fit all.
Because some states in the USA have Republican governor aligned to the Nazi etic, and have no concern for their constituents lives!
It is worth noting that in the early 1940s, USA President Roosevelt declared that he could no declare ware on Nazi Germany, because Nazi Germany had wide support in the USA. And he had elections to win!
Nothing much has changed in the “American” perspective.
Human lives are expendable according to the Republican supporters of the Nazi regime of Donald Trump!
Initial projections were wrong. They were predicting 2 million deaths in the USA. Now, the reality is that the deaths are going to be about 15 - 20 times less than originally predicted.
Permanent job losses, bankruptcies, and business failures also have a real death toll connected to them. As things sit right now, the decrease in wealth and the economy are going to eventually lead to causing more deaths than the original virus.
When you go to provide a cure for something, you need to make sure that the vaccine does not kill more people than the disease would have to begin with.
Some US states re-opening are Republican red states. The red states are re-opening quickly as possible because they want to save their economies from collapsing due to standstill too long from the coronavirus pandemic. The Republicans is concerned about their standing and reputation so much that they have to re-open the economy. The experts warned that re-opening the economy too soon will cause more deaths.
