Getting a good online review is not that simple. It is totally dependent on the way you provide the service or a product. If the services or product is not that satisfactory and customers are not liking the same, NO doubt you will be getting negative reviews.
BUT,
If you focus on the product or services which create value in someone's life and gives them satisfactory results then you will get a good review.
Always remember, Customers and clients, are the one who teaches you how to grow and build your empire of business.
