It is not just ten years the mistakes have been happening for the past forty years. First mistake , to have defeated the Jana-Ta Government in three years and reelected the Congress in 1980. Fortunately, in 1984 Rajiv came to power, but unfortunately he was defeated in 1989 when the incompetent janaTaDaL came to power,  the second mistake . Unfortunately, the highly capable Rajiv died in 1991. But India was lucky to get Narasimha rao, who started the reforms, but he was defeated in 1996, the  third mistake .
