When you are alone, if your sugar level is suddenly low, what do you do?

What is considered a dangerously low blood sugar level?
You can get a condition called hypoglycemia when your blood glucose level falls below 70 mg/dL. It can harm you and make you feel shaky, weak, hungry, or dizzy. But some people don't have any symptoms. If your blood sugar gets lower than 54 mg/dL, it's dangerous and you need treatment right away.
What is the best thing to eat when your blood sugar is low?

Good choices are a piece of fruit, a few whole-wheat crackers, a glass of milk, or a carton of yogurt. In people with diabetes, hypoglycemia can come on suddenly and needs to be treated right away so it doesn't get worse. Eat or drink a quickly digested carbohydrate food, such as ½ cup fruit juice. - Dharmar Gurusamy,

If you are facing problem of low blood sugar, it is recommended that you should always have chocolates with you so that whenever you feel your blood sugar is low you can have it.
It will give you instant result by rising blood sugar level. - Rohit Surana,

Consume any sugar product. And if you are hypoglycemic then you should keep toffee, chocolate or any of the sugar products in your pocket or bag.

I treat it and make sure that it's on the rise by washing my hands and testing my sugar again 15–20 minutes after the low. I also have a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) that measures my blood sugar every five minutes, and I keep an eye on that to ensure it's rising.

Eat anything sweet or quickly converted to sugar like a simple carb (i.e. crackers) till you feel a little better, then check your levels if necessary. If this happens frequently without cause, consult a doctor immediately.
